What to Expect at Your Massage
When you arrive, your therapist will have a quick chat with you about any areas of tension, any health conditions we should know about and how you like your pressure. Then it’s time to relax in one of our calm, private treatment rooms at the back of the salon, away from the hustle and bustle of the high street.
DURING YOUR MASSAGE:
Your therapist will leave the room while you get comfortable on the couch, and you’ll be covered with towels throughout, with only the area being massaged uncovered. All you need to do is breathe, relax and enjoy it.
AFTERCARE
TAKE YOUR TIME
After your massage, take your time getting up and make sure you drink plenty of water for the rest of the day. Then head back out feeling lighter, calmer and ready for anything.

Our massage is currently available for female clients only.
Can I buy a massage as a gift?
Yes! A massage makes a gorgeous gift for birthdays, Christmas, Mother’s Day or just because. You can buy a Glow gift voucher online in a couple of clicks, or pop into the salon on Moulsham Street.
Can I add a facial to my massage?
Absolutely. Make it a proper pamper session by adding our 30 minute Express Facial for a quick refresh, or our 50 minute Deep Cleanse Facial for a thorough cleanse, exfoliation and steam.
Can I have a massage if I’m pregnant or have a medical condition?
Please let us know when you book and chat to us before your appointment if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, are taking medication or have had any recent injuries or surgery. We may ask you to check with your GP first, to make sure massage is right for you.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. You’ll undress to your level of comfort in private, and you’ll be covered with towels throughout your treatment.
